RETURN POLICY & WARRANTY INFORMATION:

Company C’s goal is to provide you with an extraordinary experience. We want you to love our products as much as we do! If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days for a refund. All returned merchandise must be returned in its original packaging and in new/unused condition to receive a refund. Please note that you are responsible for return shipping fees. 

Please inspect products within 24 hours of receipt. Should your purchase arrive damaged or defective in any way, contact us immediately at 800-818-8288 to speak with a Customer Care Associate. Please note: after 24 hours from the time of delivery, Company C is not liable for damaged product. 

If you purchased our product through a Company C partner store, please contact the partner store directly for assistance.

OUR RETURN QUALITY INSPECTION PROCESS:

Upon receiving your return, our quality control team will inspect the item to ensure it is in new and unused condition. The Company C satin label must be attached and intact on the back of the rug. If there are no issues with the return, a credit will be processed and automatically applied to the original credit card used, less the return shipping costs (noted in chart). Please allow 7-10 business days for your credit to be issued. If we determine the return cannot be accepted, no refund will be issued. A member of the Customer Care team will contact you to discuss and plan to return your product to you at your cost or dispose of the item(s) at your request.

Bedding must be returned in its original packaging to be considered in new and unused condition. Refunds cannot be given for washed/ironed bedding. Returns of rugs 8’ x 10’ and larger are not accepted in our Concord store.

WARRANTY INFORMATION:

Our product is warrantied against manufacturer defects for one full year from date of purchase. However, we cannot refund and/or warranty product for issues that result from normal wear and tear, accidents, damage caused from improper use/care, or after it has been cleaned. Products that have been altered will not be covered under warranty. Normal wear and tear is damage that naturally and inevitably occurs as a result of normal use or aging including fading and shedding of yarns. Other examples of damage not covered under warranty include staining or damage caused by pets, improper exposure to water, moisture or excessive sunlight, deterioration caused by improper cleaning (including vacuuming with a beater bar), damage or stains caused by improper professional cleaning, yarn tails sticking up, dye lot differences, blemishes on the backing, and pilling or fading of fabrics. These issues are not considered defects. Original satin label found on the back of the rug must be attached and intact or warranty is voided.

If you purchase a rug listed as certified on companyc.com, and it does not bear a certification logo label, please contact us immediately at customercare@companyc.com.
