Sometimes the standard size rug just will not do. We expanded our offering of designs available in custom sizes so you can get exactly what you want.

How It Works
One
Select a design from our custom options. Calculate the price based on your selection and size using our online calculator.
Two
Complete our Custom Rug Form to start your order. Approve final artwork and send 50% deposit. Your rug will be ordered from our factory.
Three
Enjoy your new rug, custom-sized just for you!
Our Customer Care Team Will:
Confirm your favorite rug is available as a custom size and review costs & timeline.
Respond via email with a final order summary and artwork of the rug to review and approve.
Place your order with our rug makers once we receive your 50% deposit.
Since custom orders are crafted to your specifications, these are non-cancellable/non-refundable once your order has been placed.
NOTE: our minimum order for custom designs is 40 square feet per design. All custom rugs are handmade and fulfillment is approximately 7 months from date of payment of deposit. Custom rugs are excluded from all promotions.
