Since custom orders are crafted to your specifications, these are non-cancellable/non-refundable once your order has been placed.
NOTE: our minimum order for custom designs is 40 square feet per design. All custom rugs are handmade and fulfillment is approximately 7 months from date of payment of deposit. Custom rugs are excluded from all promotions.
