Vacuum regularly on "floor" setting, without a beater bar. Clean by blotting with a soft cloth and mild soap. Rinse well with an outdoor hose. Hang until thoroughly dry.
Due to the nature of the hand-woven technique used to make the rug, if a loop is pulled, it may affect other loops in a row.
This is a quick and easy fix. Gently pull the adjoining loops in the same row, to return to the same height and restore the shape.
